updating the version from 4.0.2 to 4.1

Good afternoon
We are updating version 4.0.2 to 4.1, but when going from version 4.0.7.stable to 4.0.8 or higher, the application no longer works in the task options menu, that is, when you click on (...) nothing It happens, does anyone know how to solve it?

Hi, please read first submitting a bug.
You should find your answer in application.log.
