Redmine

Hi everyone! I am new here, I really like this project and I am setting it up for myself. I find it very useful for personal projects, to keep moving forward steadily, as I tend to lose track of anything.
I am working on a docker compose setup for a production self-hosted server, with mysql/mariadb. I posted also an issue in redmine's docker image: https://github.com/docker-library/redmine/issues/426, where I am also detailing what I am working on. I thought it's more appropriate to work there, what do you think?

Do you have suggestions? Do you have any suggestions in particular for security and data preservation?
What are all the step to setup redmine for production? I am having some trouble finding a guide. Is RedmineInstall enough?
