500 error when adding a attachment

Version:0.8.7
Set up permission as guide said:
sudo chown -R redmine:redmine files log tmp public/plugin_assets
sudo chmod -R 755 files log tmp public/plugin_assets
When I add a attachement to files or documents or wiki, System show me message below:
An error occurred on the page you were trying to access.
If you continue to experience problems please contact your redMine administrator for assistance.*
Someone could help?
