I would like to add a full table of contents for the wiki on the wiki start page.

I can se two way to do this, but neither works.

1. Using the include macro and include the Page_index / "Index by title" include(Page_index)
2. Using the child_pages macro and use it on Page_index.

None of my creative ideas seems to work:-(

Has any one any better ideas on howto make a wiki TOC?
