Error reading from remote server

Hi every body,
Every Time i use Redmine on the first page i have a proxy error with this message :
Error reading from remote server!
I Wait 10 secondes refresh the page and i have access to the login of redmine.
What could doing this error?
( I have no server firewall actived, i have tried to restart the server, restart apache : no positiv result )
