Forbidden

I have a problem with the installation. The installation took place normally, without error alerts. But when I try to access the site, which in my case is projetos.tratado.org, comes the following message:

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access / on this server.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I think it is directing to the / directory, which do not have permission to access, just in / home / user.

I would appreciate if someone could help me. Thank you.

This seems like an apache problem, please have a look at your apache error_log for more information on what went wrong.

Thanks for the reply. I do not have availability to access the Apache log where the subdomain
hosted. I contacted technical support, made a test and said that
permissions of the directory's own subdomain were correct.
I have the impression that the Redmine try to access the / directory, which is not possible.
