Redmine Support several Auth methods through some plugins.
Open ID and LDAP are built into the core, there are plugins like this that extend it further: http://www.redmine.org/wiki/redmine/Plugin_List#CAS-single-sign-on-authentication-plugin .
Depends on what you SSO need is exactly I suppose.
