Integrating with Rackspace

Hi

I'm a newbie to the redmine.

I have a project hosted on the http://www.rackspace.com
Unfortunately the only access i have there is ftp.
What is the best way to install & configure the redmine for me?

See at rackspace if they have any tutorials on how to install a rails app on their servers, but if you only have ftp access, I'd say rails isn't supported.
