Issue statuses are not shown in Workflow and Issue Update dialog

Hello,

Let's say I have the following issue statuses defined:
New
In Progress
Pending
Closed
(see first attached image)

Bug in Workflow and Issue Update dialog I don't see the Closed issue status (see the second and the third attached images)

Seems like a bug.

Why?

Uncheck the box "Only show statuses used by this tracker" on the workflow page.
