Is it possible for each user to assign their own personal priorities to issues, which other users can not see/change.
The way we are currently using redmine is:
Users add issues into redmine, they then sit in a backlog until once a month when we have a planning meeting with each departmenet, who assign each Issue a priority for the given month and add it to the next version.
Until the Issues are deemed important enough to make it to the next planning meeting it is the duty of each user to maintain the them. Quite a few of the users have complained that because they have so many issues they want to assign their own priority to each issue, because they can then quickly get the top issues ready for the next planing meeting.
