Redmine

Loving Redmine, great work. However I don't use ruby and so had quite a time installing it all and working together.

Now I have it all working I've got Redmine running through mongrel on ruby but the whole thing comes in at over 15,600 files and 3,100 folders!

I only want to use Redmine, so my question to any Ruby/Rails/Redmine experts - What files and directories can I safely delete from the stack that won't effect the running of Redmine?
