Unable to connect Redmine Database configuration

hI. I am installing new Redmine on Ubuntu Server V10.10, I Install it with help of this reference guide http://www.redmine.org/wiki/redmine/HowTo_Install_Redmine_in_Ubuntu All steps work fine but on section of Redmine Database connection I am stuck here:
On Redmine Database Connection Configuration when i supply sudo cd /opt/redmine/redmine-0.8.6/config this command then it says: command not found
sudo cd /opt/redmine/redmine-0.8.6/config command donot found
When i give give this command sudo cp database.yml.example database.yml then it says No Such file or Directory. Plz help me to correct this issue
