Can not change the default language

hello everyone
..redmine 1.1
changed default language is "zh(简体中文)" in settings 。
When not login in the show is Chinese.But it shows login or English.

hao can i to do change the language?

please help me ,thanks...

I'm not sure I understand the problem correctly. You have set the default language to chinese, but when you are on the login page, everything is displayed in english?

Anyway, have a look at the user guide regarding RedmineSettings. The language redmine is in depends on various factors: for logged in users, it's the language they have chosen in their preferences, for users no logged in, redmine tries to guess what language your browser uses and uses that language, and only if redmine can't determine the language of the browser you use, it defaults back to the default language set in the global administration.

when i Not logged in the redmine,everything is displayed in chinese,but after login,everything display in english.

Again: Redmine defaults to what you browser uses. To change the language for your user, got to My account (top right).
