Install redmine to Ubuntu but can not find passenger.conf

I followed the manual and installed lamp successfully,
then I used apt-get redmine command to install redmine

There was a page to configure the mysql server otherwise I skipped it
now my problem is I can't find passenger.conf in mod-available directory.

my ruby was also installed successfully ,I can use ruby command in my terminal,
It seems like the configure was not correct .
I can find usr/share/rals-ruby1.8 , and redmine
