Redmine

Hello,

I followed the redmine guide to configure recieving mails to generate issues. My mail server is working perfectly, created an account redmine@servername.com, which can receive emails but not creating an issue. So it would be great if anyone can help me to make it work. And also I am not understanding where to put mailer script.
