Redmine Page shows list of the files

Hi Redmine Team
I am quite new to redmine, I was able to install it successfully, using Apache as my web server. Also, I using using Windows 2008 box.
After installing and doing the configurations, my redmine homepage is now showing the list of the files inside the \public.
I have already made a research but Phusion Passenger, is not compatible with Windows.
Is there any other solution to this?
