Project priority/status

First, thank you for Redmine. It is very clean, and a really useful system.

I'm trying to find settings, if they exist, on project priority and/or status. It would be ideal to have projects listed/filtered based on priority, perhaps with some color indications. Also, how do you note a project's status? For instance, open, researching, designing, developing, testing, closed?

Bump.
I think this would be very useful as well. I know there is a status variable in the Project model, so you can at least manipulate status that way. Although, I have noticed that anything that is not status = 1 is considered archived (trying to write a plugin that changes that).
