Newbie problem - how to start Redmine from Turnkey Redmine appliance

I would like to try Redmine. To avoid the usual installation problems, I resorted to Redmine appliance from Turnkey (http://www.turnkeylinux.org/redmine). All I get is a Linux command line prompt where I can log in as root. I do not know where to go from there.
While I am familiar with Ubuntu desktop, I am a newbie to Linux command line, and certainly do not know how to set up or run Redmine. Is there documentation I can read that has the steps to start the right versions of Apache, Ruby and Redmine in Turnkey appliance in some sequence?
Please help.
