Email notifications for high priority tickets

Hi.
I wish to be notified by e-mail each one hour if a priority ticket is not closed.
Is it possible to setup this feature?

There is a rake reminder task but AFAIK it does not take priority into account and is based on time remaining before estimated date is reached.
