Redmine

Hi,

i have a problem with redmine. a short description is:

The redmine system was not set up by myself, but from a guy that left the company. It is in productive use. now some people complain about email "spam" from this system.

i figured out, the problem is, that users can not change the behavior of the mail notification. it always jumps back to "Für alle Ereignisse in all meinen Projekten" (sorry for the german, i am not sure what this is exaktly in english: something like: "for all events in all my projects").

This seems to be a bug to me. The version of the redmine should be 1.2.0 (taken from the CHANGELOG file).

Are there any workarounds or something like that? An upgrade is not a wanted option from my superior.
