Connection losses at Virtual Machine

hi everyone the problem is about connection losses at virtul machine
software configurition is ok cables etc. are ok but in sometimes we are down I need to help about that why its happening ; any idea ?
Generaly it works clearly but in a week 3 or 4 times it happens. I think reason of capacity of my system ..
