How to upgrade Redmine 1.1.2 -> 1.2.2

Hi there,
as I have noticed, I have a fairly old installation of redmine running that I want to upgrade now.
Which path may I choose?
- 1.1.2 -> 1.2.2 directly
- 1.1.2 -> 1.1.3 -> 1.2.0 -> 1.2.1 -> 1.2.2 ?
- ...
?
