Branches doesn't update in repository with git

Hello,
I configured my projects with git and I have branches.
First time I clicked on repository, full commits were donwloaded in redmine, but when developers update branches, it doesn't appear in redmine.
How could I do it?
I followed http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/RedmineRepositories

I changed git clone --bare with git clone --mirror, I'll see if it corrects the problem.
