Redmine

Hi, We are a small company and have implemented Redmine with no customizations. We have a number of projects which multiple users are members of. We have 2 administrators who are the only one's able to add issues and both need to see all issues assigned to every user. It appears this can only be done by going into each project which is cumbersome now we have so many projects and doesn't give us an overall picture of the issues per user. We'd like to see all issues that have been started and assigned by either administrator. This would give us a view of entire company workload and ideally we'd then like to filter to a list of issues per user. How can we do this? Any help greatly appreciated.
