Botched Redmine Upgrade

When trying to upgrade Redmine I managed to botch the process. I'm getting a 404 error when trying to visit the page and the logs in /var/log/apache2/error.log are saying File does not exist: /var/www/default. When I try to run the ../script/about from the Redmine install it's telling me I'm missing the required gem rubytree but I've verified that this is installed. Any ideas on how to fix this?
I've since been able to fix my issue. Turns out the rubytree gem issue was solved with a newer version of Redmine than I had.
