How can I try a plugin on my own demo instance?

I searched all over and couldn't find an answer to here's my question:

When using a Redmine demo account, mydemo.m.redmine.org for example, how would you go about installing a plugin to try it since you need access to the plugin folder? Is this not available for the hosted demo accounts?
