Redmine application shows "%{values} "

Hi,
I've some trouble with my old 1.1.3 redmine. In some sections of the application I get inline values, which were not filled with the value. For example underneath Overview I get a this values for issues:
%{count} open / %{total}
Does anybody know what I've made wrong?
