Hi - I've created a demo at m.redmine.org and started playing. My worry is that I've seen a workflow transition that I thought would be forbidden.

I set up a new tracker called "Change Request" and new statuses "Awaiting customer approval", "Approved by customer", "Rejected by customer", "Queued for cust. notification" and "Concurred by customer", corresponding to what we usually call Class I and Class II changes.
I set up the workflow as in the attached screenshot "CR_Workflow_2012-04-05.png"

But you can see from the attached screenshot "CR_InvalidTransition_2012-04-05.png" that I was able to go from "Awaiting customer approval" to "Queued for cust. notification": surely this is forbidden?

I must have misunderstood something obvious?
