Display content only in wiki

Hello,
I tried to search for it, but I cant even find any related good words for the search. I want display only the content of a wiki page within an iFrame on my update page. So that the people can see their update information live from the server. But I just dont know how to show them the content only. I come from the joomla world and we use redmine as project engine. In joomla you can just add a tmpl=component or so in the URL and then I see only the text without the menues and all that. Is something like this also possible with redmine? Thx for reading.
An addon: I just need it like http://mydomain.net/projects/myproject/wiki/Latest_live_update_information.html?version=1 but not as download. That is all. Hmm I could also just download it and use a require.
