Rack, Version 1.1.X vs 1.4.1

Currently looking at upgrading from 1.3.0 to 1.4.1 .
I have Rack 1.1.0 installed.
In the requirements page I noticed that 1.1.0 creates a database migration problem.
I then ran gem update rack .
I now have rack (1.4.1, 1.1.0, 1.0.1) .
Should I install 1.1.X or will 1.4.1 be sufficient ?
