Redmine - fetching emails from an POP3 server

Welcome. I'm trying to set up Redmine to read e-mail. Until now, only I noticed that the messages in your account are read, but adds nothing to the database.

Komeda which I use for reading e-mails are:

/var/www/redmine/Rakefile redmine:email:receive_pop3 RAILS_ENV="production" host=host.name.xxx username= password=xxxx project=Test unknown_user=accept

I send email to: Tobacco: [# 1] Message: Test adding a note to the first error

Please help what am I doing wrong?

I use Redmine 1.4.1 and Debian 6.
