How to install redmine on a synology 1512?

I have a synology nas (1512+) and want to install redmine.
But the tutorials i found where all outdated.

can someone help me to install it from putty?
I'm a real linux noob.

I think there are many people who are waiting for a basic clean tutor with the right commands.
