Java rest lib not avaiable?

Hello,
I can not open the link http://code.google.com/p/redmine-java-api/ found in http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/Rest_api_with_java
I receive the error message

403. That’s an error.

Your client does not have permission to get URL /p/redmine-java-api/ from this server. That’s all we know.

someone can help me?

Nobody can help me?
Does anyone know where you can find the REST libraries for java?
The link does not work .....

I read in the readme api file that
"Runs on any standard Java platform as well as Android OS (version 2.2 or newer)"
But i try with JDK 1.6 and it doesn't compile, how external lib needs?
There isn't a jar file?
