Time tracking for Tasks and Subtask won't work correctly

so, is it a bug or feature?

Let see, i have a Task and then i have 2 subtasks in one project.
My guys are working on subtasks to complete a task.
For each subtask i have a time tracking
Upon completing subtasks i have 2h for subtask1 and 3h for subtask2
if i check timing for parent task i still have 0h

So my question is, why time from all subtasks are not added to a task time. So at the end of project i can see a nice report with all timing and i dodn't need to calculate all manaully?
