Applying patch to repository

Hello guys, sorry for so many questions.
Another feature I'm trying to do with Redmine is submit patch/diff files in issues, then apply these diff into repository files.
That's another common behavior in WordPress that I'd like to use. Instead of commiting changes from svn client, I wanted to do it from issues.
