applying plugins in windows installation of redmine

can someone help with the issue?
i downloaded some plugins and now what? how can i use them in redmine?
i am using redmine on a windows server vm machine

Do the same thing you would do on a Linux machine: Put them into redmine/vendor/plugins, migrate the database (if necessary) and restart Redmine. What exactly is the problem?
