Related issues?

Where can I find a practical "how to" manual about relating issues? I read something about a context menu but can not find it?
What version Redmine has this feature?

Hi Egbert,

Just like you, I can not find this feature. I use 1.4.4.-stable release ... Could you tell me if you achieved to activate it ?
I checked permissions to be sure my user is allowed to modify link between issues, but I can never see the item menu in issue detail ...
