List of directory permissions

Hi guys,

every time I upgrade my redmine installation I need to figure out how to set the permissions on the directories. The instructions on the website for files, etc., is not enough since I do always get the "attachments directory not writeable" error. My quick fix often is just to chmod and chown ALL the directories. But from a security point of view that can't be the solution, right? So is there a list of all the directories that clearly shows all the permissions?

That message speaks about files directory. It's mentioned on: RedmineInstall
I guess on upgrade you override files with permissions - try avoiding doing this.

The problem is, that I do it exactly as described on RedmineInstall. Every time I do an update. But that does not open up the attachments or files directory, it seems.
