Looking through the Forums, User Guide, etc. I haven't been able to find the answer to the following questions:

How do I set up an Issue Status that is customized for and specific to a particular project? How do I add an Issue Status and restrict its use to a specific project or subset of projects?

I clearly see where to add Statuses (Issue statuses >> New status). But how do I tie it to specific project(s) rather than all projects?
