Redmine

HI All,
I'm new to Redmine, and trying to pitch it to the management.
I have one thing which I haven't been able to do so far: generate a report of all the users in a group and their prospected (planned, not actually reported by the user) timeline.
I'm trying to get a view which is similar to Gantt, but the lines in the table are users/groups.
That way I can generate a "top view" of my "resources" allocation and spreading during the planned project and to identify problems in human resource allocation that way.

Is there a way to do this in redmine?? maybe a plugin you know of which does that or a custom field I need to add and use when I create new issue?

I would basically like to see my issues (mainly features, not bugs) planning layed out on a timeline with a per user/group line seperation, much like the gantt view does with issues...
