mongrel.log very big

Hi everyone.
I Start BitNami Redmine Stack Redmine 1.4.1.stable in windows 2003 server.
Accessed on 4 persons and have 2 projects.
The log file in this 7GB. (imagem attached)
What may be happening, and what can I do to decrease?

Open it with some type <file>|more command?
