How to connect to remote redmine repository from localhost

How to connect or checkout all files from a remote redmine repository? Tried using subversion command prompt client but gives authentication failed each time when trying to connect. Also I am able to browse the redmine repository online using the same username and password. In this case can download only one file at a time. Need to checkout the existing project in the repository.

Also downloaded redmine on localhost. But not sure how to checkout files from the remote repository to the local
