Moving existing redmine SQL db (old version) to new server with redmine v2.0.3

Hi All,
I've tried to go through the upgrading manual but without no luck.
I'm currently running redmine (older version, not sure the exact release- over a year...) on Windows Server 2008 R2 and want to move it to a new server
with the same configuration but a newer redmine version v2.0.3.
I dont have a clue where to start...
