Help setting permissions and project creations

Hi,

I'm new in redmine and will do a very newbie question, but I looked for information about this but could not help, and i want to configure redmine in order to prevent that any user can create projects. Where do I set this configuration?

In RM, each user has a role per project.
It's this role that defines what a user can do or can't do.
In Administration -> Roles you can see the permissions the role has.
