Redmine 1.4.4 | Forbidden (tickets)

we have a customer, who gets a failure after creating a ticket with special characters like (). ", 1%: -(fast)

The browser says:
"Forbidden
You don't have permission to access /redmine/projects/information-technology/issues on this server."

To build this failure in our network i took a image/snapshot from theire Ubuntu.

I did not edit the konfiguration, its the same like they have in theire network.

I can create the tickets without any problems. I dont know what i can do next

Anyone ideas?

You should have a look to the contents of the production.log file.

The production.log file in usr/share/redmine/logs is empty
