seemingly unset {{variables}} are everywhere (redmine 2.0.3)

Hi all,

just did a clean install of redmine 2.0.3, and I've got all these seemingly unset variables everywhere.

For example, trying to create a project, I see:

{{count}} characters maximum.

for the name. However, I can't actually create a project, because no name is long enough (presumably because the actual variable 'count' is not set).

Anyone have any idea why this is?
