Config send mail out to display author name

Hi folk,

I am using redmine 2.0.3.
i tried to google but no lucky.
Please see the image:

I would like to display Author name in email header.
Atm, Redmine mails does not show the author in email header.
It just showed default email which i configurated in Redmine administrator.

Can you guide me how to config redmine to show author of issue in email header.
