Fail to install redmine from PPA in ubuntu 12.04

I am trying to install redmine on Ubuntu 12.04 using the following repository: https://launchpad.net/~ondrej/+archive/redmine, the installation failed with the following error message:

rake aborted!
No such file or directory - /etc/redmine/default/session.yml

I install redmine follow the method described in redmine official guide http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/HowTo_Install_Redmine_in_Ubuntu, but I get the above error, I have no idea how to fix it, please help, thanks!

What was the fix for this problem? I get the same error text for the same tutorial over and over again.
