How to disable watchers in new issue form?

Hi, I need to disable/hide list of watchers in new issue form. I have many project members, and list of checkboxes with watchers names is not useful.
Do you know how can I hide it?

I'm using 1.4.4 wersion of Redmine

That's in Admin -> Roles -> $rolename, there you can disable the setting per role / tracker

I was trying that way, but it didn't work because I did it as admin. Now it's ok.
