Button - "new project" missing!

Hello!

I don't understand why, but I can't create my very first project simply because in the section "Projects" were the button "New project" needs to be is nothing! I've been watching YouTube videos to see how to do it. And everybody has got button there...were I've got nothing. I'm confused and don't know what to do.

I have created Account
I have logged in to it
But button is not there :( :( :(
Is there anything else what I need to do?

I hope somebody will be able to help me

Some things to check:
  1. logged-in as an administrator (see RedmineUsers -> administrator flag)?
  2. if not, does the users role has the Create project permission (see RedmineRoles)?

Thanks for answering, but nothing really helped.

I've got another question which might help to solve my problem.
Do I necessarily have to install Redmine software to actually create new project?
